The major shareholder of the company is SITCO General Trading & Contracting Co.(52%) and other reputed companies and individual investors in Kuwait. 

URRC's core focus is real estate development and one of the prestigious projects is the "Olympia Project". Being developed through Contractual Relation with Olympia Council of Asia (OCA), the project is a symbol to set new standards in quality, architectural design, landscape, and lifestyle.
